⚠️ Important information about our service conditions

• Exchange rate fixation:
The exchange rate for cryptocurrencies is fixed when the funds are received in our wallet, not when the request is created.
The exception is stablecoins (USDT, USDC, and others), for which the rate is fixed when the request is made.

• AML check:
All cryptocurrency transactions undergo mandatory AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.
If the funds you send are marked as High Risk or linked to illegitimate sources, we reserve the right to request identity verification.

• Transactions from sanctioned and prohibited platforms:
Transactions coming from exchanges and services under sanctions (e.g., CommEx, Garantex, Hydra Market, Tornado Cash, Blender.io, Lazarus Group, Genesis Market, ChipMixer, Sinbad.io),
as well as from Iranian platforms (e.g., Nobitex.ir, Arzpaya.com),
will be held and frozen as part of the AML check.

• Working hours and request processing:
Customer support operates daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Kyiv time).
Requests created during the night (from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM) will be processed starting at 10:00 AM the next day.
Please consider this when creating a request.
